Hello my name is Anthony and I am a learning disability student I have around 49 credits at Nassau Community college and I graduated from Institute of culinary education. In in Rehabilitation Act, Section 504,what does “has the effect of discrimination” mean? Also, if a university disclosed on an exam that someone received accommodations (when every other student’s exam was anonymous)…does this fall under the “has the effect of discrimination” part of the statute??
Is there some moderator for this blog. All above comments/Questions are very much valid. Can some body answer plz?
